I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Big Rapids for 2 nights while attending a craft show. The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and made my stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, and the attached sports bar offered a delicious variety of well-prepared food. I will definitely be returning next year for the craft show!

It was perfect, taking our daughter to College. Location is great, and was nice to have a Bar, and not have to leave premises. Beds were comfortable, price was fair.

This hotel is located in a great spot, very close to everything in town. It's surrounded by many good restaurants and is near everything you likely want to visit in the area. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the view from the hotel was quite nice. The hotel also has an indoor pool, hot tub, and restaurant, providing additional facilities for guests.

The hotel could use some updates and modernization in terms of its decor and facilities.

I wish there was a breakfast bar there.
